7-day no-questions refund
If it's your first time subscribing to Pro or Agency and you're not happy within 7 days of the initial charge, email us and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with subject line "Refund — SchemaGens".
- You can also cancel future renewals yourself any time from the LemonSqueezy customer portal linked from your account page.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by LemonSqueezy.
Cancellations after 7 days
You can cancel any time. Your subscription will not be charged again at the next billing cycle, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Past charges outside the 7-day window are not refunded as a matter of course, but if there's a service issue on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
Disputes
Please email us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost all issues within 24 hours over email and would much rather refund you directly than pay dispute fees.
